Contact

Start with the problem. We will find the discipline.

One email address for all three branches. Tell us what is actually going wrong and we will tell you honestly which part of the practice it belongs to — or that it belongs somewhere else entirely.

We reply to everything, usually within two working days. Singapore time.

What to include

Three enquiries, three useful first messages.

Interiors & renovation

  • Property type and size, and whether you have the keys
  • The floor plan, if you have it
  • Who lives there and how they actually use it
  • Your timeline and the budget range you are working to
  • One sentence on what is not working now

Brand & consultancy

  • What the business sells and to whom
  • What exists already — site, identity, decks
  • The decision or launch this is attached to
  • Whether you need thinking, execution, or both
  • The thing you suspect is wrong but have not said out loud

Systems & UI/UX

  • The process that currently lives in spreadsheets
  • A copy of the workbook, or a description of it
  • How many people touch it and how often
  • The number two people regularly disagree about
  • What breaks today if nothing changes

What happens next

No pitch theatre.

A reply with an honest read

Within two working days, including whether we think this is ours to take. If it is not, we will say why and point you at what we would do instead.

A conversation, on site where it matters

For interiors, at the property. For consultancy and systems, wherever the actual work happens — including in front of the spreadsheet.

A written scope with numbers in it

What is included, what is not, what it costs and when it is paid. For renovation, a bill of quantities line by line and a stage-based payment schedule.

Brands under the practice

One address. All three disciplines.

Write to hello@thehouseprovidence.com with whatever detail you have. A messy first message is fine — it is usually more informative than a tidy one.
